Sans Shirt... Is that it?

So I got this black shirt at sans with a bunch of Hex on the back. I've tried stuffing it in various drawers and corners of my closet. At least once I was able to cause a hamper overflow. I began to wonder if I had been 0wn3d. Decoding the hex I get what is below. Is there more to it?
